How can I see the floor plan?

You can request a "Layout Plan" for the fairground plan from our sales team. You can visit our contact page to reach our sales team.

How can I choose my stand location?

Together with your sales representative, you can plan the appropriate stand area according to your needs. The entire process is guided by the authorized sales team.

On what dates and hours will the fair be open?

Is there parking available?

Private parking areas for the fair are open and free for visitors and participants both in and around the fairground.

What are the accommodation alternatives close to the fair?

Is there an entrance fee to the fair?

Entrance tickets to the fair are free for industry professionals. Details are explained on the “Ticket” page.

Where can I get tickets?

You can fill out the online form on our website or buy your ticket at the entrance to the registration area of the fairground. Buying tickets online in advance will shorten the waiting time.

What should I do if I need to cancel a ticket?

For cancellations, you can write to the organization support e-mail address with your contact information.

Is there an event program (seminar, conference, etc.)?

When events are announced, they are listed on the "Event Program" page. It is recommended that you check it regularly.

I am a member of the press, how do I get accredited?

Members of the press can get a free entrance ticket by typing the name of the press department they work in in the company name section when filling out the online form.
